Hardgainer Project X – HPX taught me things I wish I knew a long time ago. Being a hardgainer myself, I’ve alsways struggled to add a lot of muscle to my body. No Nonsense Muscle Building – Ok, I know this is another hardgainer program, and I don’t normally recommend two programs for reaching the same goal, but honestly, NNMB and HPX go perfectly together. I started off with HPX and then moved into NNMB and if I was to start over I would have done it the exact same way. Vince is a national fitness model and ex-skinny guy, and I recommend starting with Jeff’s HPX and then moving into Vince’s NNMB. For a full review of NNMB, click here.

The Diet Solution Program – If you find nutrition confusing or you just want to make sure that you are eating right, Isabel De Los Rios lays everything on table. She first helps you figure out what body type you are and then explains what you should be eating based on your body top. Supplements
Homemade Supplement Secrets – HSS shows you how rather than wasting $80 on a bottle of supplements you can make the same, or even better supplements at home for just pennies on the dollar. Over the course of a year you could save thousands on supplements by making them yourself. Jeff shows you where the best places are to get the ingredients, his own personal supplement recipes and basically everything you want to know about making your own supplements. Prograde Nutrition – When I’m not making my own supplements I get them from Prograde Nutrition. The Truth About Six Pack Abs – If you are trying to sexify your stomach (AKA make your stomach more sexy…sexify sounds so much cooler though) then you’ll want to try Truth About Abs. This program lays out everything, nutrition, workouts, cardio, how to do every exercise, etc. so if you follow what Mike says, you WILL get a six pack (or if you are a woman who just wants a lean, toned stomach you’ll get it!).
