Val Slide, Val Kit & Val Band from Valerie Waters

After much technical difficulty (apparently I need a new computer - my 3 year old laptop doesn’t like videos) I finally uploaded a video quickly showing you the Valslides & accessories I got from Valerie Waters. I have embedded the video below, and I’ll be uploading video demonstrations of all the Valslide (and valband) exercises that I personally know of and be posting them hopefully over the next week or so (depending on how the battle between me and my computer goes).

I realized after looking at the video that some stuff may not have been clear, so to summarize:

- I received the Valslides, Valkit w/ Intro DVD & Booties (which includes the Amazing 7 DVD).

- One set of Valslides was not there because I left it with my parents so they could use it (I can’t really use two pairs at the same time anyway)

- Valerie gave them to me so I could try them out and share my results and tell others about them if I indeed enjoyed them. (Which I did)
