It shows the 7 exercises &amp; they are absolutely amazing, but if you are the type of person who just wants/needs a workout laid out for them to follow, then it won&#039;t really help you. But if you like to take the exercises and make your own workouts &amp; you like to do variations of the exercises and put them all together or mix them into your workouts then it&#039;s definitely worth the extra $$ in my opinion.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I would add the Bodysaw to the top 8 exercises.
